Build your contacts database: themes, groups and the people behind them — stored locally, no directory servers.
Themes define tone, structure and styling of the generated output. Manage them in Settings → Theme Profiles.
Favorites and Default are built-in and cannot be deleted. Deleting a group does not delete its contacts.
New and imported contacts attach to the theme selected in Step 1 and the group selected in Step 2.

Practical guide for testing and using Briefly iQ.
Briefly iQ turns meeting transcripts, notes, and source documents into structured business outputs.
Typical outputs include participants, executive summary, minutes, decisions, actions, next steps, open questions, risks, and meeting quality assessment. The result is always an editable draft, so the user can review and correct it before sharing.
Before generating, choose how the app will connect to AI.
This is the main working screen.
The generated draft can be refined before it leaves the tool.
Theme Profiles define how AI writes and how exported output should look.
Subject-line settings help generate consistent titles for emails, archives, and exports.
Archives keep local read-only copies of saved outputs.
Most early-test issues come from provider setup, local model availability, or export formatting.
Terms & Conditions of Use for the current Briefly iQ prototype.
By installing or using Briefly iQ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Briefly iQ is an early prototype / MVP provided for testing and evaluation. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, and behavior that changes between versions without notice.
It is not represented as production-grade software, and you should not rely on it as your sole record of any meeting or decision.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Windows devices you control, for evaluation and internal business or personal use.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, offer the App as a service to third parties, remove branding or notices, or use the App to develop a competing product by systematic extraction of its behavior, except where mandatory law permits otherwise.
The App is currently provided without charge and without built-in payments, accounts, or subscriptions. Future versions may introduce personal, business, enterprise, trial, or paid tiers under separate license terms; nothing in these Terms entitles you to free use of future versions.
The App connects, at your instruction, to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral, or to a locally installed Ollama runtime.
AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be wrong. Summaries may be incomplete; decisions, actions, owners, deadlines, and risks may be misattributed, misinterpreted, or fabricated.
You are responsible for the content you paste, upload, or process.
The App stores settings, API keys, theme profiles, and archives locally on your device and transmits content only to the AI provider you select.
Details are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Current limitations include imperfect DOCX formatting, email formatting that depends on your mail client, provider context limits for large transcripts, local model quality and speed depending on hardware, local-only archives, and no user accounts, encryption vault, or collaborative features.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that output will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output, third-party AI provider acts, or loss of locally stored data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App (currently zero) or the minimum permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
The App, the Briefly iQ name, the iQ ecosystem branding, and related logos are the property of the Publisher.
You retain all rights to your input content and to the output you generate, subject to any rights of your AI provider under its terms.
The license terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting its local data.
Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the EU.
Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The effective date will be updated; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
How Briefly iQ handles local data, AI providers, API keys, and archived content.
Briefly iQ is a local Windows desktop application. We do not operate servers, we do not collect your content, and we do not have access to your data.
Your privacy exposure is determined by your own device and the third-party AI provider you choose to connect.
The App stores data locally on your device in its local settings and data folders.
The current prototype has no user accounts, telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud sync.
Content leaves your device only when you choose an online AI provider or create an email draft.
API keys are stored locally in the App's settings and used solely to authenticate requests to the provider you selected.
You are responsible for keeping keys confidential and for all usage and costs incurred under them. The current prototype does not yet include encrypted key storage or a secure vault.
Meeting transcripts often contain confidential business information and personal data.
You act as the data controller for personal data contained in the content you process. iQ Suite Labs does not process personal data on your behalf in the current prototype.
All data is stored locally and currently unencrypted by the App.
Anyone with access to your Windows user profile may be able to access settings, API keys, and archives. We recommend full-disk encryption, a strong login password, screen locking, and avoiding shared Windows accounts.
Because iQ Suite Labs does not collect or hold your personal data in the current prototype, there is no data held by us to access, rectify, erase, or port.
You can view and delete archives, edit settings, remove API keys directly in the App, and remove all data by uninstalling the App and deleting its local data folders. For content sent to third-party AI providers, exercise your rights directly with that provider.
Briefly iQ is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 16.
We may update this policy as the product evolves, for example if future versions add accounts, sync, telemetry, or licensing services.
The effective date will be updated and material changes will be highlighted in release notes.

AI meeting intelligence for the iQ ecosystem.
Briefly iQ is an AI-assisted meeting intelligence application for Windows. It converts meeting transcripts, notes, and source documents into structured, executive-ready outputs: executive summaries, minutes of meeting, decisions, actions, risks, next steps, open questions, and meeting quality assessments.
Briefly iQ is built for professionals who turn conversations into commitments: program and project managers, PMO teams, consultants, transformation leads, and business operations teams.
Its focus is speed, clarity, reusable output profiles, organized local archiving, and consistently high business communication quality.
Briefly iQ runs locally on your Windows machine.
You paste or upload a transcript or meeting notes, choose an AI provider and an output theme, and generate a structured draft you can edit, style, export to DOCX or PDF, send as an email draft, or archive locally. Theme profiles standardize tone, language, layout, styling, signatures, and subject-line conventions.
Briefly iQ works with the AI provider you choose.
It supports leading cloud providers using your own API keys, as well as fully local generation through Ollama. Briefly iQ itself does not operate servers, host your content, or resell AI capacity - your data flows only where you direct it.
Briefly iQ is currently an early prototype distributed for testing and evaluation.
There are no user accounts, cloud sync, or built-in payments at this stage; all settings, theme profiles, and archives are stored locally on your device.
Briefly iQ is the first product in the iQ ecosystem by iQ Suite Labs.
The iQ ecosystem is a family of focused tools that bring structure, clarity, and intelligence to how professionals run programs, projects, and operations. Upcoming products include Orchestration iQ and PMO iQ, sharing a common design language, quality standards, and philosophy: less noise, more signal.
