1. Ownership of brands

"iQ Suite Labs", "Briefly iQ", "Orchestration iQ", "PMO iQ", the "iQ" product-family naming, and the associated logos and design elements (together, our "Brand Assets") are trademarks or brand assets of iQ Suite Labs Ltd. All goodwill in the Brand Assets belongs to iQ Suite Labs.

2. Permitted use

You may refer to our products by their correct names in truthful, descriptive, non-misleading ways — for example, in editorial, compatibility, or comparison statements — provided you do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership that does not exist, and you do not alter our names or logos. Any other use — including in your own product, company, domain, or social-media names, or in a way likely to cause confusion — requires our prior written permission.

3. Restrictions

Third parties may not claim ownership of the Brand Assets or of brands confusingly similar to them, register them as trademarks, company names, domain names, or handles, or use them in a manner that disparages iQ Suite Labs or its products. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to object to or restrict any use of our Brand Assets and to change, revoke, or modify any permission at any time.

4. Third-party trademarks

Other names and marks referenced on the website or in our products — including AI provider and platform names — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.
